Return Policy of Petbond
At Petbond, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging.
2. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

3. Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be issued in certain cases, such as:

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
8. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.
10. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will deduct the cost of return shipping if applicable.

Delivery time for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
